End User License Agreement for Gobu

Gobu is designed as a gentle voice companion for sharing thoughts and receiving supportive AI responses. This agreement governs your use of the Gobu mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this agreement, the Privacy Policy, and applicable platform rules.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or misuse the app except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Gobu provides voice recording, AI-generated text and voice responses, conversation history, replay options, voice preferences, optional mature-mode controls, notifications, and support features.

Subscriptions, if available, renew through the relevant app store. Cancel through your platform account. Refunds are governed by platform policies and applicable law.

Gobu provides general emotional support only. It is not professional therapy, medical advice, crisis support, or a replacement for qualified professionals.

You are responsible for account security and lawful use. You own your submitted content, but grant us the rights needed to process it for app features.

You may not use the app for illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are responsible for app claims, support, and content, not Apple or Google. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
