Voice recordings are temporarily processed to generate text transcription. Original voice recordings are not stored. Transcriptions and AI-generated responses are stored to maintain conversation history and context.

If you enable mature conversation options, birthdate verification may be required to confirm eligibility.

Device and usage information may be collected to improve app performance and user experience.

Information is used to provide core features, process voice to text, generate AI responses, convert text to speech, authenticate users, maintain conversation history, improve the app, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for marketing. Limited information may be shared with service providers that process speech, AI responses, text-to-speech, authentication, subscriptions, or infrastructure, only as needed to provide the app.

Information may be disclosed when required by law or during a business transfer subject to equivalent privacy protections.

Conversation history is retained while your account is active to provide contextual responses. Voice recordings are deleted after processing.
