Account and Data Deletion for Gobu

This page explains how Gobu users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Deleting your account removes account information and conversation data from our systems, subject to legal and backup retention limits.

Open Gobu, navigate to Settings, find Account Management, and select Delete Account. You may also clear conversation history without deleting the full account where the app provides that option.

Email hello@golubsoftworks.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Gobu Account Deletion Request". Include enough account details for us to identify the account.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

Account information, conversation history, verification data tied to the account, and device or usage information tied to the account are deleted where applicable.

Voice recordings are not stored long term and are deleted after processing.

We do not retain personal data after deletion except where required by law or for limited backup, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance needs.
